Refund Policy for Khan Marketing Dynasty
Thank you for considering or choosing Khan Marketing Dynasty for your market domination needs with our “One Video to Millions” packages. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Below is our Refund Policy which applies to our various service packages:
One Video to Millions Starter
This package includes the creation of your VSL (Video Sales Letter) script along with a one-on-one consultation call. Due to the nature of the bespoke services provided, no refunds are offered once work has commenced.
One Video to Millions Ultra
This enhanced package offers VSL script development, copy of all pages, design, and a one-on-one consultation call. Similar to the starter package, due to the personalized services provided, no refunds are available after work has begun.
One Video to Millions Platinum
Including all services in the Ultra package, this premium offering additionally delivers ad scripts, creatives, two consultation calls, 30-day DM access, and one month of advertising management. As with the other packages, due to the custom work, refunds are not provided once services are underway.
One Video to Millions Ultimate DFY
Our most comprehensive package consists of the full suite of services from the Platinum package, with extended four calls, 90-day DM access, and three months of advertising management. Unique to this package, we offer a profit guarantee: if the services do not generate a profit, we will continue to provide support at no additional cost until profitability is achieved.
Minor Tweaks and Revisions:
All packages include the provision for minor tweaks and revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final product. Note that this does not cover extensive revisions or requests for completely new copy or creative work, which may incur additional charges.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable in circumstances where:
Work has not yet commenced on the service package.
A cancellation request is submitted before the provision of any services.
Once work on your project has started, including but not limited to strategy sessions, script writing, design, or ad creation, we are fully committed to your success and cannot offer a refund.
