TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any product and/or service from Khan Marketing Dynasty
1. Service Delivery
Upon receipt of your payment for your selected package, work will start according to the specifics mentioned in the package. We will commit to fulfilling all services mentioned for a given package.
2. Payment
All fees are stated in US dollars, and payment is required upfront to commence any work on our part.
3. Guarantees and Refunds
The ‘One Video To Millions Revolution’ package comes with a profit guarantee. If we do not make a profit for you, we will continue to work on your project for free until your campaign becomes profitable. All other packages carry no such profit guarantee or refund policy.
4. Revisions
All packages come with the provision for minor tweaks and revisions to the final work. Major revisions or complete copy changes are not included. Any requests for significant changes might incur additional costs which will be borne by the client.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content created in the process of the work will belong to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.
7. Adverse Results
The client acknowledges that advertising and marketing success isn’t guaranteed and that they might not achieve the expected results.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khan Marketing Dynasty from any and all claims arising out of the use of our products and services.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Advertising campaigns will be executed on third-party platforms like YouTube and Facebook. We are not responsible for any changes in their rules and regulations that might affect your campaign results. If they ban your campaign due to the nature of your business, we will try to relaunch the campaigns and try to make it work
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the location from which our company operates.
By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This document may be updated from time to time, without notice. It is the responsibility of the client to keep up to date with any changes.
